When am I charged?
For your first order payment will be taken as you checkout. However, for your repeat orders payment will be auto-billed monthly on your saved credit or debit card. For instance, if you purchase on the 15th of the month, in the 3-months plan, there will be a payment deduction every 15th of the month for the duration of your chosen plan. We’ll let you know when your order is due by email 4 days before your delivery date.
How will I be informed about my renewal?
We will send you an email reminder with the product details 4 days in advance of the order date in each month. Payment will be automated & deducted 1-day prior to shipment. You will receive a payment confirmation email accordingly.
How do I edit my subscription?
You can edit your subscription by logging into your account and clicking on the gold view button under ‘Your Current Repeat Orders’.

What if I don’t need my order one week/ month?
You can always pause your subscription. Just log in to your account and hit pause on your subscription. Make sure you resume it again otherwise you won’t receive your order for next time!
What if I need to change my card details?
This can be done in your account. Just add a new payment method when you are logged in. Then go to your subscription and select your new payment from the drop down. Make sure you click save when you are finished.
What if I need to change my delivery address?
Easy! View your subscription in your account and click ‘use new address’. Add your new details and then click the save button.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Cancellations are possible up to 7 days prior to renewal date. In case you cancel your subscription, you will no longer be able to avail of the discount offered through the subscription program. In case you cancel mid way through your subscription period, for instance, of 3 months, we will refund the balance to your payment method registered by you at the time of signing up and reverse the discount that you had availed of in the subscription program.
Is there a cancellation fee?
No, there is no cancellation fee.
AUTOSHIP & SAVE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Venttura autoship will let you schedule regular deliveries of your pet supplies so you never run out of them.
When you purchase product(s) on venttura.in and enroll in our Autoship program, you are signing up for continuous shipments of such products and may select how often you would like that product(s) delivered to you at your saved/selected address. You may change your periodic delivery schedule at any time (including on a one-time basis), your shipping address, payment method, and products included in the program. Additionally, when you purchase certain products designated as "Autoship" eligible, and enroll in the Autoship program for such products, you will save an additional percentage on our prices.
Maximum discount of 20% off promotion. For Autoship-eligible items only. Discount automatically applied with Autoship frequency is selected at checkout or at the time you place the item into your Cart. No coupons necessary.
Venttura reserves the right to change Autoship benefits at any time in its sole discretion, which also includes discount amounts and eligibility used to determine discount amounts; provided, however, Venttura will not change the price of your next shipment once you have authorized an order as set forth in these Terms. Some of the offer details may change as you receive deliveries over time (for example, price, taxes, availability, shipping charges). Subscriptions are good while supplies last.
NOTIFICATIONS & MAILS ON ENROLLING FOR VENTTURA AUTOSHIP
From time-to-time, you may receive email notifications and other important information related to your Venttura account and the Auto Ship Program, such as, if your item is discontinued or out of stock, if you cancel your enrollment, or if your payment method fails.
AUTOMATIC ORDER CREATION; ORDER CHANGES OR CANCELLATION
When you place your initial order for a product and enroll in our Autoship program, you will receive a notification in your account created in Venttura as well as in the registered mail id that your Autoship subscription has been created and your first order will be processed soon. Your first order will be processed immediately, and your selected payment method will be charged at the time the order is placed. Your Autoship subscription will thereafter automatically create a new order according to your chosen delivery schedule, until you cancel.
For subsequent orders of products included in Autoship, up to 4-days prior to the delivery date selected by you, you will receive a pre-delivery email notification reminding you of your upcoming shipment, the period available to make changes to your order and the scheduled delivery date. You can edit or cancel your order during the period beginning upon receipt of such an email notification 4-days preceding your designated delivery date (i.e., four-days before your delivery date) by 12:00AM. You will have 2-days to make changes to your order. If you do not cancel or edit the order before two-days prior to your delivery date, your order will be authorized, and a credit card authorization hold will be placed on the payment method used to create your subscription or updated payment method you may provide. As we will be preparing your order you will see a pending charge during the time. There is no need to call or update any information online when you see this pending charge.
We offer free delivery for a minimum order value of Rupees Five Hundred. The Venttura team will make best efforts to ensure delivery within 4 - days of placing your order. In the event we are unable to make your delivery within 4 - 6 days the Venttura team will be in contact to inform you of the delay and keep you updated on when you can expect your delivery.
CREDIT CARD AUTHORISATIONS & CHARGES
When you sign up for continuous shipments on Autoship, you will be required to expressly agree to permit us to charge your chosen payment method on a recurring basis, as well as the amount of the charge, which amount shall be set as described below. Venttura will submit periodic charges (e.g. monthly) to your chosen payment method without further authorization from you, until you provide prior notice at any time that you wish to cancel or to change your payment method. Approximately 48 hours before your designated delivery date, your order will be authorized, and a payment authorization will be placed on your chosen payment method. Once your order is processed, your payment method will be charged for the authorized amount. For clarification purposes only, a payment authorization hold is not an actual charge, i.e, if an authorization hold is placed for Rs.1000 on January 15 and your payment method is charged Rs.1000 on January 16 when your order is out for delivery, you will only see one actual charge on your payment method on January 16 for Rs.1000. An authorization hold may impact the amount of remaining credit available to you under your chosen payment method.
PRICING; PAYMENT; RENEWAL; CANCELLATION
The amount you are ultimately charged for a product delivered pursuant to our Autoship program will be the price of that item as stated in the pre-delivery email notification you receive or lower, if the price of the product is lower on our site as of the time your order is authorized. Once your order is out for delivery, your chosen credit card or other payment method will be billed this amount. The total cost charged to your payment method for each Autoship order will be the price of the item, less the Autoship discount or any other discount, if applicable, plus any applicable shipping charges and sales tax. Any credit balances on your venttura.in customer account may be applied toward the balance of your order before charging any remaining balance to your payment method.
The charge for each Autoship item shipment will be billed to the payment method used to create your subscription or as otherwise directed by you. If we are unable to complete your Autoship order with the payment method you used to create your subscription, we will notify you and give you the opportunity to add another payment method in your account and to charge the payment method for your Autoship order.
Your subscription will remain in effect until it is cancelled. You can cancel at any time via Your Subscriptions, which can be found in Your Dashboard.
We may, in our sole discretion, change these Terms, (including all applicable terms, conditions, limitations and requirements on the venttura.in website), without notice to you. If any change to these terms is found invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that change is severable and does not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining changes or conditions.
We may, in our sole discretion, terminate your subscriptions at any time without notice. If we do so, you will only be charged for orders that have been shipped to you. Products are only available for delivery within select PIN codes. Your participation in the Autoship program is personal to you, and you may not assign or transfer your Subscription or any of the benefits to any third party without our authorisation. All returns under Autoship are subject to the venttura.in Return Policy. Autoship subscriptions are void where prohibited.
